Q:Why does the brush not turn?

A: Check that the brush master switch is on.

Q: Why is the machine running for a short time?

A: 1. A fully charged machine can operate for 3.5-4 hours.

2. Charge for at least 8 hours.

3. Please contact the after-sales center to solve the problem if it can not operate for 1.5 hours after being fully charged.

Q: Why does the charger not work?

A: 1. Connect the charger to the battery connector.

2. Plug the charger into the power supply.

3. The ammeter pointer should move and the charging lamp should flash.

4. If the above instructions are invalid, please contact the after-sales Center for solution.

Q: What is warranty of products?
