How to maintain the water refill battery of the driving scrubber?

With the rapid economic development, more people choose to use scrubbers to clean the ground. Why do people tend to use scrubbers instead of manual cleaning? There are many reasons for this. The washing machine not only has good cleaning effect and easy work, but the biggest reason is the cleaning efficiency. For example, in a place that is not particularly large, an area of 20,000 square meters, if it is manually cleaned, it will take a long time. , And the effect is not known, but the use of a driving-type scrubber is different. It will be cleaned after a while. Its cleaning is efficient and clean, and more and more people choose to use a driving-type scrubber.

Now in some stations, docks, airports, workshops, warehouses, schools, hospitals and other places, we can see the figure of scrubbers. This is because the ground in these places is hard ground, and traditional cleaning methods cannot clean some places well, so our floor scrubber is very useful.

1. When using the driving scrubber to clean the floor for the first time, try to use up the electricity in the scrubber electric bottle. The next three charging times should be more than 14 hours, and it can be fully charged. Generally speaking, the normal charging time of a driving scrubber is about 8 hours, but the charging time depends on the size of the current. Large currents charge faster, but it will also reduce the service life of the battery. Be sure to use it with caution.

2. Generally, it is necessary to check the liquid level of the driving-type scrubber motor bottle once a day or so. If you find that the liquid level is about to lead, you must flush the battery with distilled water in time. Generally, add it to a distance of about 3 mm below the plastic port. Yes, it is strictly forbidden to charge tap water, pure water or battery stock solution to the driving type scrubber.

3. Another thing to note is to add water after the driving-type scrubber is charged.

4. After each use, it is best to leave the battery with about 20-30% of residual power. Excessive discharge will affect the service life of the battery.

5. The discharged battery should be charged within 24 hours, otherwise the battery will be damaged.

6. When charging the driving type scrubber, make sure that the power socket is in good contact, and the charger plug is in good contact with the battery plug.

7. When the driving type washing machine is not used for a long time, the battery should be recharged every two to three months.

8. If oxides appear on the poles and wire joints of the driving type scrubber, they should be removed in time.
