1. The water suction motor of the floor scrubber cannot be started. It is necessary to check whether the water in the sewage tank is full, and check whether the water level sensor in the sewage tank is blocked by foreign objects or malfunctions.
2. The sewage left on the ground needs to be checked for wear and tear, check whether there is foreign matter between the two squeegee strips, check whether there is foreign matter in the suction pipe, check whether the suction filter is damaged or not clean, and check whether the sealing ring of the sewage tank cover is intact , Check whether the suction pipe is correctly connected to the squeegee.
3. For stains left on the ground, check whether the brush/scouring pad used is on the ground and stains that need to be cleaned.
4. Water stains left on the ground may be whether the ground being cleaned is a soft ground. Check whether there is any foreign matter between the two squeegee strips, check whether the squeegee strips are worn, and check whether the squeegee is adjusted correctly.
5. The floor scrubber has poor water absorption function. It is necessary to check that the sewage tank cover is tightly locked and the sewage drain pipe cover is tightly locked. Check and confirm that the squeegee suction pipe is clean and not blocked. Check and confirm that the rubber strip is genuine and If there is contact with the floor, if the tape is not sharp enough, please switch to the sharper edge at the outer end.
6. There are watermarks in the cleaned area. Wipe the dirt on the squeegee strip with a cloth, and check and make sure that the strip has a sharp edge and no line changes.
7. The floor scrubber does not emit water. Check and confirm that the clean water size adjustment lever button is turned on, check and confirm that there is water in the clean water tank, and check and confirm that the clean water filter is clean.
8. The brush cannot be rotated. Check and make sure that the main switch of the brush is turned on.
9. The operating time of the machine is short. A fully charged machine can operate for 3.5~4 hours, and it can be charged for at least 8 hours. When it is fully charged, it cannot operate for 1.5 hours. Please contact the after-sales center to solve it.
