What if the motor overheats when using the floor scrubber?

The high efficiency of the floor scrubber washing machine has been accepted by more people. According to relevant statistics, the trend of utilization rate is still rising. In fact, the main component of the floor scrubber is the motor, so users must recognize the quality of the floor washer motor when purchasing. A good floor scrubber-dryer motor not only has a long service life, but also has a better cleaning effect to a certain extent. Once there is a problem with the floor washer motor, stop work to check to see where there is a problem and the severity of the problem.
For example, many users have reported to us that the generator of the floor scrubber will overheat during use, which will affect the work efficiency. How to solve this problem? Can we continue to use it? To solve this problem, we think it should be divided into two steps: 1. Analyze the principle; 2. Troubleshoot problems and find solutions.
1. The principle of finding fault of floor washer motor can be analyzed from the following four points:
(1) The bearing of the floor scrubber machine is short of oil or the clearance is too small, which will seriously cause severe friction and overheating of the bearing.
(2) The floor scrubber dryer has been used for a long time, the bearing is seriously eccentric worn or damaged, and the rotor shaft is bent or the magnetic plate is installed incorrectly, resulting in the collision between the rotor magnetic pole and the stator iron core.
(3) The stator coil is short circuited, open circuited, or wrongly wired, resulting in short-circuit current in the generator washer motor.
(4) The generator of the floor washer has heavy workload and serious overload operation.

2. After finding the problem, eliminate the problem and find a solution:
(1) In the process of selling the floor washer, we will advise users to regularly maintain and inspect the generator in the process of using the floor washer, so as to improve work efficiency and find problems in time. If the reason is due to lack of oil, timely add compound calcium base grease and fill the bearing cavity 2 / 3.
(2) If the bearing is bent or eccentric worn during inspection, it is also the cause of motor overheating. We need to replace the bearing and correct the rotor shaft and iron core.
(3) Check whether the stator coil is short circuited or open circuited by multimeter method or lamp test method. If so, rewind the stator coil.
(4) Check whether the floor washer motor works under load and whether the generator matches. If not, replace it.
